Last night was rainy(and supposed to be the rest of the week), so Porter got a break from excercise, I did not. I decided I would just do Denise Austin’s Fat Blasting Yoga until I got tired. 42 Minutes Later I decided to quit, not because I was tired, but because my ankle was acting up. I broke my growth plate in my left ankle when I was 13 in Tae Kwon Do, so now it has arthritis, and trying to balance myself on it was not happening. BUT….that was the longest I have done an excercise video ever!! So that was exciting. I’m hoping that as I get smaller, I may be able to balance for longer on it. I am definitely feeling the burn, or as Denise Austin puts it “Feel the Fire”.
Mom finally found a place closer to work, so she wants me to stay the night with her tonight, so I said ok-the crappy thing is that I won’t get to work out, I figure I’ll just do a few of the positions that DA does in the video.
Ooooooh! the scale at work actually said 178.0, so I’m hopeful I dropped the .8.
