Thanks for everyone who still keeps up with me. I am stalled, though. But my mom says she thinks my weight is moving around(whatever that means) she says my face, arms, tummy are all way smaller-haven’t seen her in a week, so it was good that she could see a change.

Didn’t get Applebees last night for dinner. We ended up at Chili’s. I had the lettuce wraps(no rice noodles) and a small chili. Really annoyed that I can not find the outfit I’m looking for, for my dad. They didn’t have his size at Academy and I can’t find it online.

I did my measurement’s last night, but I don’t know if I did them correctly or not…..got to research that before I post them.

My dinner from last night was awesome-Lemon Dill Chicken,Cheesy Spinach(made with Light Velveeta), a salad–Kirk had cheesy potatoes–and the Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Those were awesome! Kirk said he was interested in maybe making them with white chocolate-told him he would have to make those himself!! We did a real quick walk around the block(was still grumpy and that was as much as I wanted to do)

Anyway, today’s plan
B-Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Refried Beans, Diet Dr Pepper with Benefiber, Water
S-Trail Mix thingy I made with cashews, mini semisweet choco. chips,and Kashi Go Lean

Another Day, Another Dollar………………………………………………………..
Definitely having the cramps which is sucky. I haven’t worked out(unless you count my powerwalking in Wal-Mart yesterday steering a broken cart) I know, I know, everyone tells me excercising helps the cramps, but I’d like to go on record that excercising while have TOM cramps just makes me grumpier and sweaty…………..no improvement seen.

On a mission for a father’s day gift after work. Already called Dad to say gift wasn’t going to get to him on time……..didn’t say why. But I’m getting him the fishing outfit that he wanted, so that’s good. I’m the only one who thought to get my dad a gift!!! Can you believe it!! My mom asked me why I was wasting my money getting him something!! She can be rather cruel at times………

I’m kind of cheating with breakfast. Eating a Kashi Go Lean Breakfast Bar(found at Eckerd’s) it has 2g of Sat Fat which isn’t all that hot, but I’m really not hungry and was late coming to work, I also haven’t been going to the potty despite taking my meds . I’m hoping the sat fat might losen me up.

To get my weekly weigh in I went to GNC and weighed myself on the scale, and it matched the scale at work so–I’m at 177.9, roughly another pound gone!! Pretty sure I’m going to stall this week, as TOM is coming around.

Obviously have eaten something bad, cause I have the munchies. Just ate my snack(between 2:30 and 3pm) when I normally eat it between 3:30 and 4……hmm. I’m waiting to see what the official weigh in says tomorrow. I really have been feeling poofy this week-my TOM starts in a week, so maybe that’s part of it.
I have noticed that I need to eat a veggie other than tomatoes!! Today I think I might make some brocolli or something. I’ve decided to eat scallops tonight, so I’ll have to come up with something to go with them….

Pups & Food

Both of them were spoiled by food yesterday. I fed him some peanut butter(which is one of his favorites) and Kirk told me they were going to explode. He had been feeding them Scooby Snacks, and then his friend brought over McDonald’s, so Kirk was feeding them fries. Porter is a happy pup since I got him his own pillow. I bought both of them doggie beds, Paxil loves hers, but Porter never goes near it, he always lays on my pillows, so I bought a new pillow for me and gave him my old one.

Anyway, ate Turkey Spaghetti last night, then did yoga(obviously waited a few hours after eating) but only did 30 minutes, cause then I got heartburn.

L-Catered by Jason’s Deli(this time called and ordered a specific meal for me) Turkey on WW, veggie soup, carrot sticks in place of potato chips, and a fruit cup.

I did a semi-indulge(I do not consider it a cheat) last night. Mom and I went out to eat and there was whole wheat mini-bread loaves(sp?) at our table…I ate 2 thin slices, though I did not 100% believe they were whole wheat. THe rest of the meal was good, salad with Oil & RW Vinegar, Grilled Shrimp and zucchini. Then we went to Cold Stone and split a Sinless Sweet with ALmonds, we still had a bunch leftover….but it melts so quickly that we threw it away

I do look poofy today, but I’m blaming that on the shrimp. Lots of water for me.

L-BBQ–More Training Sessions, but this time I ordered the food which includes WW Bread, BBQ Chicken(white meat), salad, then other traditional BBQ fixins.

Last night was rainy(and supposed to be the rest of the week), so Porter got a break from excercise, I did not. I decided I would just do Denise Austin’s Fat Blasting Yoga until I got tired. 42 Minutes Later I decided to quit, not because I was tired, but because my ankle was acting up. I broke my growth plate in my left ankle when I was 13 in Tae Kwon Do, so now it has arthritis, and trying to balance myself on it was not happening. BUT….that was the longest I have done an excercise video ever!! So that was exciting. I’m hoping that as I get smaller, I may be able to balance for longer on it. I am definitely feeling the burn, or as Denise Austin puts it “Feel the Fire”.

Mom finally found a place closer to work, so she wants me to stay the night with her tonight, so I said ok-the crappy thing is that I won’t get to work out, I figure I’ll just do a few of the positions that DA does in the video.

Ooooooh! the scale at work actually said 178.0, so I’m hopeful I dropped the .8.

Dogs & Exercise

Schnauzer’s are taking over the world!!!!

Forgot to mention that I found out Porter has NO STAMINA! I decided on Friday that he would go walk with me(was annoyed with Kirk over something I can’t even remember now, and just needed to go) So I drove me & Porter to the college, which was lazy on my part cause it’s only 3 blocks down. Got out and started walking-I naively assumed that Porter could make the 1 mile. I was wrong. He got about half way and just sat down in the grass and looked at me like I was crazy. I gave him water and let him cool down under a tree(it was about 7:30 and just starting to get dark)

I ended up having to carry him the rest of the way-including having a couple of people laugh at the fact the dog just wouldn’t walk!

So now I’m walking him the 3 blocks to the college, then turning around and walking him back home. When I get home I do my Yoga DVD. I’m hoping to get Porter up to walking that mile eventually.

I don’t like walking Paxil because she has the tendency to wander and not walk beside me.
